These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WebSEO Auditor ("Service"), operated by WebSEO Auditor ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

WebSEO Auditor provides a platform for creating branded website audit links, capturing leads through audit forms, and generating performance reports using the Google PageSpeed Insights API.

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. By registering, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription & Billing

The Service offers paid subscription plans with the following terms:

  • All plans start with a 14-day free trial
  • Billing is monthly and processed via Stripe
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Scrape or data-mine the Service without permission

5. Data Processing & Visitor Consent

When prospects submit their information through your audit links, you become the data controller for that data. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).

Important: By creating audit links, you acknowledge that you are responsible for informing prospects about how their data will be used and for obtaining appropriate consent.

WebSEO Auditor acts as a data processor on your behalf and processes lead data solely to provide the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with WebSEO Auditor are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebSEO Auditor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
